request more informationBy achieving and maintaining Certified Servicing Integrator status in 1999 we are authorized to perform warranty repair on any Fanuc robots. This ensures end-user customers receive prompt, qualified service consistent with expectations of FANUC Robotics. There are only a handful of Authorized Integrators who have achieved Certified Servicing Status in North America. This status is awarded only to FANUC Robotics’ most highly trained Integrators.
To become a certified servicing integrator requires a substantial commitment from a robotic integrator. At Motion Controls Robotics, Inc., we;
- Keep a large quantity of spare parts in stock for most robot models and platforms.
- Have individual service kits for RJ, RJ2, RJ3, RJ3iB and R30iA controllers for quick downtime response.
- Maintain multiple demonstration robots for training and troubleshooting.
- Have multiple Master Certified Engineers as well as Certified Service Engineers on staff.
- Ensure each of our service engineers are certified before working on Fanuc robots.
- Send each of our service engineers to at least one week of Fanuc training per year.
- Have 24-hour support coverage.
